Senior Technology Trainer

Title: Senior Technology Trainer.

Location:  100% Remote.

Duration: 5+ Years (possible to extend).

Note: On-site Requirement: Must be able to report on-site within 72 hours if needed. Occasional on-site work may be required based on project needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Senior Technology Trainers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs supporting a range of technology platforms. The role focuses on enabling users through instructor-led training, digital learning content, and technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software applications.

Essential Job Duties

• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
• Develop training materials, including:
• User guides
• Quick reference documents
• Training videos and e-learning modules
• Create instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align delivery
• Provide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadership
• Manage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Proven experience in technology training or instructional delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technology Trainer
• Experience with:
• Microsoft tools (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.)
• Proprietary or enterprise-level applications
• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation development

Key Skills & Competencies

Training & Instruction

• Deliver engaging training using adult learning principles
• Experience with instructor-led training (ILT) for technical audiences

Content Development

• Create:
• Technical documentation
• Quick reference guides
• Web-based training content
• Video-based learning modules

Tools & Technologies

• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Camtasia
• Articulate 360
• Vyond

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Effective communication with stakeholders and SMEs
• Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of:
• Microsoft Office ecosystem
• Training development methodologies
• Troubleshooting user issues
