Location: Charlotte, NC / West Des Moines, IA - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 9-12 months (possible extension and conversion; program runs through 2027)
Pay Rate: $69 - $74

Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert and lead complex initiatives with broad organizational impact within Project Management. You will drive strategy and execution for large-scale transformation efforts, analyzing multi-faceted challenges and delivering long-term, enterprise-wide solutions. This role is a key leadership position within a major Contact Center Modernization program, focused on migrating customer-facing operations to a modern cloud platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of contact center migration waves, from planning through deployment
- Coordinate across a team of ~16 project managers to ensure alignment and execution success
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and operations stakeholders
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive prioritization of program initiatives
- Manage complex project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Oversee integration of technologies such as IVR systems and workforce management tools
- Drive change management and adoption strategies for contact center transformations
- Support cloud migration efforts impacting agent workflows and customer experience
- Participate in command center support during key migration waves
- Operate in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
