Role: Data Management Analyst
- Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
- Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
What you'll do
- Manage and resolve data defects/issues end-to-end
- Work with business + tech teams to fix data problems quickly
- Support FR Y-14 reporting (triage, escalation, coordination)
- Track issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution
- Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and SLA tracking
Must-have skills
- Experience in data management / data quality / defect remediation
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA or similar
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting (FR Y-14 / Call Reports / 10-K / 10-Q)
- Understanding of data flow & lineage (source ? reporting)
- Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
Good to have
- Banking/financial domain experience (e.g., Wells Fargo)
- Experience with reconciliation, variance analysis, or adjustments

Pay Range: $65- $70
