RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Internal Community Manager - AI Literacy for a remote role. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to AI adoption initiatives inside an R&D organization, supporting internal programs designed to build AI literacy and everyday AI usage across the company.
Overview:
This role sits within an AI Literacy & Adoption team in the R&D organization. The team focuses on helping employees understand, explore, and adopt AI tools through internal programs and communities. The Community Manager will lead engagement within an internal AI community, helping maintain active conversations while supporting leadership communication and AI adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the internal AI community, ensuring conversations remain active and engaging
* Build and manage a content calendar for posts, updates, and community activities
* Create clear written content and simple visuals for internal communications and community engagement
* Translate AI concepts and use cases into approachable content for a broad employee audience
* Communicate updates and key messages from leadership to the community
* Encourage curiosity and participation around AI tools and internal platforms
* Work closely with the AI Literacy & Adoption team to support adoption initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Mid- to senior-level community management or engagement experience
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience creating internal communications, posts, newsletters, and simple visual assets
* Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts (does not need to be deeply technical)
* Ability to keep dialogue active and build engagement in internal communities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
