Requirements:

BS/BA required.
2-5 years of experience as a product manager or product owner
Experience in an agile environment and scrum framework.
Clear and concise written communication skills with demonstrated ability to summarize large, complex, and conflicting data.
Strong project management skills including driving alignment, planning resources, managing milestones, and being responsible for overall project success.
Entrepreneurial minded and driven self-starter with the ability to learn on the job.
Collaborative and a team player
Intellectually curious, proactively seeks to learn new things and drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

Manage a roadmap: capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects;
Gather a deep understanding of the features and products that you re building through research and regular interaction with stakeholders; define the requirements for the team;
Perform backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
Coordinate production issues and resolution, including across multiple teams;
Own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team is responsible for; deliver software in every release.

Preferred:

Experience in the life insurance of fintech space is a plus
