Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network CI Manager to support governance and operational controls for network infrastructure assets and configurations. This role focuses on maintaining configuration integrity, ensuring asset visibility, and enforcing enterprise configuration management standards across network environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow CMDB, hardware asset management, and network configuration governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute network configuration and hardware asset management controls across enterprise infrastructure.
• Identify and remediate configuration drift, unauthorized network devices, and asset inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate Configuration Items (CIs) within the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Implement and enforce network baseline configuration standards.
• Support governance initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise configuration management policies.
• Coordinate remediation activities with network engineering teams.
• Maintain documentation and evidence supporting configuration compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify gaps in network domain standards and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience managing network infrastructure assets and configurations
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Understanding of configuration management and compliance frameworks
• Experience identifying and remediating configuration drift and asset discrepancies
• Familiarity with enterprise configuration management standards
• Ability to coordinate remediation efforts across engineering teams
• Strong attention to detail and governance mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with network configuration tools (SolarWinds, Ansible, Cisco Prime, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Configuration, Asset Management)
• Experience supporting audit and compliance controls
• Knowledge of network infrastructure technologies (routers, switches, firewalls)

Experience Required

5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB administration, or network configuration governance.
