Summary

5+ years of Product Management experience in technology organizations driving requirements gathering & feature definitions
In-depth experience leading experimentation programs around ecommerce (ideally B2C) customer experience improvements in a high-volume environment.
Core ecommerce experience is required (ideally at scale with WSI, not required).
Experience with Adobe Target, or another AB testing tool (i.e. Optimizely)
Experience leveraging AI to drive automation & overall impact through experimentation process
Strong communication skills - consistent experience driving meetings with leadership involvement & command that audience
AB testing experience, specifically to validate and ship iterative customer experience improvements to drive significant ecommerce growth

Baseline understanding of statistical concepts in AB test analysis (understanding Statistical significance, confidence intervals, and Sample Size requirements)

History of successfully partnering with engineering teams to write requirements
History of successfully partnering with UI/UX teams to understand site/customer experience & build PoCs

You have strong analytical abilities and interest to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions.
