Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Saddle Brook, NJ. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks manually or using pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive and verify incoming inventory
- Label, scan, and sort products accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for long periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Experience using scanners, pallet jacks, or warehouse systems
