Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, APIs, and integration solutions.
- Design and support microservices, data processing workflows, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support system integrations, data validation, and application performance improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and support application lifecycle management.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Java application development, system integration, API development, and enterprise application support.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, Web Services, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Databricks, AWS DynamoDB, ETL, Shell Scripting, Git, CI/CD, Data Processing, Application Integration
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Requirements Analysis, System Integration, Data Validation, Workflow Automation, Application Support, Technical Documentation, Agile Development, Code Review, Release Management, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving, Data Governance

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
