IT Business Analyst III

Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

This position supports the execution of key priorities related to managing model governance for Global Technology. The role involves coordinating model technology risk and control governance execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to synthesize details into meaningful recommendations and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, automate, and enhance reporting to produce real-time executive-ready dashboards and visuals.
  • Utilize Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data visualization tasks.
  • Navigate and manipulate SharePoint and Confluence, and track work items in Jira.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior line-of-business supervisors to ensure a robust control environment.
  • Participate in governance routines, including preparing and presenting documentation to diverse audiences.
  • Undertake program-wide initiatives to enrich the control framework, including identifying and resolving audit issues and performing deep-dives to find control weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with key control and support partner groups to improve supervisory reporting tools and monitoring processes.
  • Drive operational risk program deliverables, including Risk and Control Self Assessments, key metrics, and operational event reporting.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years of recent experience in a Risk and Control environment is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with reporting, SharePoint, and data management. Additional required experience includes demonstrating increasing levels of accountability, operating as a change agent, and possessing strong collaboration and partnering skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Tableau, and SQL is required. Competency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary.
