Core Responsibilities

User Support: Provide technical assistance for software and hardware issues via phone or in-person.
System Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and maintain software on PCs and company applications.
Troubleshooting: Analyze software issues and design modifications to meet user needs.
Training: Develop and lead training sessions for staff on new hardware and software tools.
Documentation: Maintain clear communication with management regarding equipment status and project updates.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months in System/Network administration, Information Security, or Technical Support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting application software and PC hardware.
Customer Service: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Compliance: Ability to pass a mandatory federal and national background check.
Physical Ability: Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs and travel locally as needed.
