Looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Medicaid Claims Processing, requirements gathering, process analysis, Azure DevOps, Agile delivery, wireframing, testing, and stakeholder management.
Experienced in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver enterprise healthcare solutions.
Must-Have Experience (5+ Years)
Medicaid Claims Processing
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Reviewing and analysing business processes and user requirements
Writing functional requirements and detailed system documentation
Cost-benefit analysis and solution evaluation
Process automation and system improvement initiatives
Azure DevOps
Wireframe creation
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of software architecture and SDLC
Testing, UAT support, test case creation, and defect management

Conduct workshops and meetings with business SMEs to gather requirements
Create:
o Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
o Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
o Use Cases
o User Stories
o Process Flows
o Acceptance Criteria
o Wireframes
Analyze current and future-state business processes
Work closely with developers, testers, DBAs, project managers, and business users
Manage requirements through Azure DevOps
Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect tracking
Prepare status reports and communicate project updates
Facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation
Ensure compliance with HHSC standards and SDLC processes

Someone who has:
5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
Strong Medicaid Healthcare domain experience
Azure DevOps expertise
Agile project experience
Experience creating requirements, user stories, use cases, and wireframes
Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Testing/UAT experience
