Now Hiring: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) SAM / Enterprise Architecture
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) SAM / Enterprise Architecture to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow SAM solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Partner with enterprise architects and senior stakeholders to define target-state architecture and roadmap for SAM capabilities
- Analyze current-state processes and systems; design scalable, optimized future-state architectures across the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent) and organizational technology standards
- Drive data model, integration, and platform architecture decisions impacting SAM and adjacent modules
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and architectural designs
- Provide strategic guidance on software lifecycle management, licensing compliance, and optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ITAM, CMDB, Procurement, Security, and Finance teams
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives related to software asset management
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and reusable frameworks
What You Bring:
- Active ServiceNow CIS-SAM (Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management) required
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow BPC, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow SAM implementations in complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, including:
- Defining target-state architectures
- Aligning solutions to enterprise standards
- Supporting architecture review boards and governance processes
- Deep understanding of ITAM/SAM processes, including licensing, compliance, normalization, and reclamation
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (ERP, procurement, discovery tools, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on functional levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), preferred
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, preferred
- Experience in multi-platform IT environments and large-scale digital transformation programs, preferred
- Familiarity with cloud licensing models (AWS, Azure, SaaS vendors), preferred
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
