Now Hiring: ServiceNow SAM Business Process Consultant (BPC)
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow SAM Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Lead business process design and implementation for ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions (SAM Pro)
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across software asset lifecycle processes
- Design and optimize processes related to software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and optimization
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and delivery
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions
- Provide subject matter expertise on software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe) and compliance considerations
- Support data analysis, entitlement management, and optimization strategies to drive cost savings and risk reduction
- Assist with testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption
- Advise on SAM best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- Active CIS-SAM (Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management)
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SAM (SAM Pro) solutions
- Strong understanding of software asset management processes, lifecycle, and tooling
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting or advisory role
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with software licensing, compliance, and vendor management practices
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving process alignment across business and IT teams
- Experience with integrations, data normalization, and CMDB alignment
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (HAM) and broader ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
