Position Overview
The client is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation initiative involving multiple Microsoft Dynamics migrations across Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Field Service platforms.
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O / CE Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation effort. This individual will act as the central liaison between the Systems Integrator (SI), business stakeholders, and internal IT teams while driving an aggressive, multi-phase implementation timeline.
Program Scope
This initiative includes three primary migration tracks:
- Dynamics GP 2019 D365 Finance & Operations
- Dynamics CRM 2016 D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Legacy Operations/Support Stack D365 Field Service (CE)
A 5 6 week Discovery phase will begin mid-March, during which the client and Systems Integrator will finalize the implementation roadmap, milestones, and detailed timelines.
The projected delivery timeline is 9 12 months, subject to refinement following Discovery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
- Proven experience leading ERP and CRM migration or modernization initiatives.
- Strong experience coordinating across business units, technical teams, and external Systems Integrators.
- Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycle:
- Discovery
- Design
- Build
- Testing
- Deployment
- Hypercare
- Strong knowledge of data migration, integrations, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing aggressive timelines and delivering large-scale transformation programs.
Others Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-phase rollouts or staged go-live strategies.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Field Service implementations.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred).
