Project Manager

We are hiring for Powerbase Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 dayz onsite / 2 remote)
Onsite split: Dallas (2 dayz) | Fort Worth (1 day)
Duration: 12 months (extension/conversion possible)

Pay Range: $75-80/hr

Role Overview:

We re seeking a confident, people-first Project Manager to lead data conversion and migration projects within a utility technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple initiatives, communicate clearly with technical teams, and keep complex projects moving forward without overcomplicating things.

Personality matters here we re looking for someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and bring structure to fast-moving technical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects with a strong focus on data conversion and migration


• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery


• Lead data mapping, testing, validation, and implementation efforts


• Coordinate with System Protection, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams


• Ensure alignment with NERC standards and internal PM practices


• Provide clear status updates and maintain project documentation


• Support technology implementations and system integrations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment


• Hands-on experience with data conversion and migration


• Strong understanding of data mapping and testing processes


• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience using JIRA and Confluence

Nice to Have:

• Utility or regulated industry experience


• Exposure to Powerbase, SCADA, or system protection


• PMP or Agile certification
