Description
We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support with hardware installations, device configurations, and user migrations. If you have a strong background in computer hardware and enjoy solving technical challenges, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Perform hardware upgrades and migrations for end users.
Manage cable installations to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.
Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to Dell and Apple devices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth deployment of associated hardware.
Maintain accurate documentation of installations and technical procedures.
Conduct system tests to verify successful hardware configurations.
Deliver timely support and solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in working with computer hardware and associated technologies.
Experience in cable installation and management.
Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with hardware migration processes.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Availability to work on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio.
