End User Migration Technician

Description

We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth hardware setups and installations for end users, leveraging your expertise with various technologies. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work with leading hardware brands and contribute to efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
Perform hardware installations and configurations, ensuring proper functionality for end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware.
Assist with cable installation and management to maintain organized workspaces.
Provide support for Dell Technologies and Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and address hardware-related problems.
Maintain detailed documentation of installation and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of migration tasks.
Offer user support and guidance during hardware transitions.
Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines for technical operations.

Requirements

Proficiency in working with associated hardware and computer systems.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and configurations.
Experience with cable installation and management.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies products.
Understanding of Apple devices and their functionalities.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills for user support and collaboration.
Attention to detail and documentation skills.
