Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Architect and Automation SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Nexthink across a global IT environment. The role will focus on driving proactive IT operations, digital employee experience (DEX) improvements, automation, and self-healing capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Nexthink solutions aligned to business and IT objectives.
  • Design and develop Nexthink Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and dashboards.
  • Build automation and self-healing use cases to improve employee experience and reduce incident volumes.
  • Drive proactive monitoring and data-driven insights for End User Services environments.
  • Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and automation platforms such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, Aisera, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Define DEX metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
  • Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for Nexthink adoption.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Services, Infrastructure, and Security teams to identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Nexthink Architecture, Infinity Platform, Engage, and Act.
  • Hands-on experience developing Remote Actions, Automation Workflows, and DEX dashboards.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and enterprise automation.
  • Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow and other IT operations tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in global End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace environments.

Preferred Certifications

  • Nexthink Certified Professional / Expert.
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
