Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Manages electrical projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline adherence.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI development.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial control systems, motor control, and power distribution.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems and robotics in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) beyond basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
