Salary Range: $76,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Plainwell that are seeking skilled Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and control systems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Develops and maintains electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Implements and optimizes PLC programming and HMI interfaces for automated manufacturing lines.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations within the manufacturing environment.
• Conducts root cause analysis for electrical failures and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 79) and best practices.
