Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Implements and maintains electrical safety protocols and ensures compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Develops and maintains detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation.
• Participates in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize electrical systems for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python or C++.
• Experience with vision systems or industrial cameras.
