Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Description

• Responsible for managing full lifecycle IT recruitment for assigned business areas and/or functions.
• Develop a relationship with candidates to identify their goals, relative experience, and assess their ability against position and company requirement
• Identify and contact qualified applicants and conducting interviews for candidates' knowledge, skills and abilities for various roles by phone and videoconferencing (Zoom).
• Able to work under tied deadline positions.
• Track and report recruitment activity data in Applicant Tracking System to support staffing metrics

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 or more years of full life cycle IT recruiting experience mainly into W2 positions .
• Hands on expereince working with Applicant Tracking System -JobDiva and experience working in a results measured environment
• Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing as it relates to recruiting as in LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and/or other social platforms
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
