In this contingent resource assignment, the Program Manager will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management. The role requires in-depth evaluation across multiple areas to deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that demand creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. The Program Manager will provide expertise to senior leadership, strategically engage with client personnel, and support enterprise-level transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-departmental technology transformation programs
Develop comprehensive program plans, scope, objectives, and alignment to business goals
Serve as primary liaison for program communications, translating technical details for C-suite audiences
Lead and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams
Champion integration of AI solutions across financial technology environments
Drive strategy, execution, and delivery of critical enterprise initiatives
Maintain program milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
Communicate progress, risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership
