Job Summary
The Analyst, IS ERP will support enterprise applications, ERP and PLM systems by maintaining data integrity, assisting with system configuration, supporting data migration activities, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with business stakeholders. This individual contributor role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Lead/Workstream Lead for Bills of Material (BOM), parts, and associated documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
Perform data validation and verification for multiple PLM data loads.
Support PLM and ERP data cleanup and mass update activities in partnership with IT teams.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and business opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Support documentation control processes and methodologies for PLM systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across enterprise applications.
Automate reporting and data processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
Create, review, and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and system-related content.
Support user access management, application maintenance, and end-user training as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, ERP, PLM, or related business environments.
Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting PLM systems; Windchill experience preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data management.
Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and reporting tools.
Experience with data migration, validation, and data governance activities.
Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong task management, prioritization, and documentation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
Strong work ethic, teamwork, judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
