Marketing Manager I (Contract) – Creator Engagement Marketing
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone required)
Duration: 12-month W2 contract (most likely extension, potential for conversion)
Pay Rate: $25–$32/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Creator Engagement Marketing Contractor to support a high-performing marketing and advertising team. This role focuses on executing outbound and onsite campaigns while also serving as a project manager for partner team intake.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to learn, work cross-functionally, and gain hands-on experience in CRM, merchandising, and multi-channel campaign execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Execution
- Execute email campaigns supporting High-Velocity Events (HVEs), seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiatives
- Build emails from pre-defined wireframes
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation, personalization, and timely deployment
- Perform QA checks and troubleshoot issues prior to launch
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Push Notification Execution
- Execute push notification campaigns aligned with HVEs and lifecycle initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Monitor delivery and analyze performance to optimize future campaigns
Product Curation & Landing Page Creation
- Build and maintain onsite landing pages to highlight deals and curated product selections
- Merchandise relevant, trend-forward products tailored to creators
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation and user experience
- Monitor product and deal quality during campaigns and resolve issues in real time
Partner Project Management
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end using tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deadlines
- Secure approvals for all marketing placements prior to launch
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns and push notifications
- Work with influencers and publishing channels
- Pull and analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvements
- Manage campaign calendars and improve operational efficiencies
- Work within internal tools such as Content Symphony (training provided)
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign execution
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building campaigns in CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Exposure to merchandising or onsite product curation
- Familiarity with audience segmentation strategies
- Experience creating campaign performance reports or recaps
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
