Job description:
- Proficiency in Oracle C2M, Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM).
- Experience in training design, adult learning methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of utility industry processes, smart metering, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot C2M system issues and guide users effectively.
