Overview

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator to support and enhance enterprise-scale privileged access and credential management environments. This role will focus on the administration, integration, automation, and optimization of CyberArk solutions while ensuring secure management of privileged credentials across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CyberArk PAM technologies, strong Windows administration experience, automation skills, and a solid understanding of information security practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support large-scale CyberArk PAM environments.
  • Manage and maintain CyberArk components including:
    • Privileged Access Security (PAS)
    • Digital Vault
    • Disaster Recovery (DR)
    • Central Policy Manager (CPM)
    • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
    • Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
    • Credential Providers (CP)
    • Central Credential Provider (CCP)
    • Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
  • Implement and manage credential and secrets management solutions across enterprise platforms.
  • Design, configure, and support integrations between CyberArk and other security platforms, including SailPoint.
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting, or similar technologies.
  • Support credential management processes within cloud and DevOps environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex security, access, and credential management issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and engineering teams to implement PAM best practices.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance across privileged access platforms.
  • Support directory service integrations including Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Work with database platforms to secure privileged accounts and credentials.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience administering large, complex CyberArk environments.
  • Deep knowledge of CyberArk PAM technologies including PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CP, CCP, and SIA.
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise credential management systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with credential or secrets management in cloud or DevOps environments.
  • 7+ years of Windows Server administration experience.
  • 5+ years of automation experience utilizing PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, controls, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with SailPoint Identity Security solutions.
  • Experience managing and securing enterprise databases including Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
  • Experience with directory services such as Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to document technical configurations, processes, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CyberArk certifications.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise security environments.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
