We are seeking a senior-level Software Engineer with strong experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and document processing to join a fast-paced Agile team. This role focuses on designing and developing automation solutions that streamline business processes and transform large, complex data sets into structured, actionable insights. You will work with technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, and cloud-based tools to build scalable solutions and drive efficiency across enterprise systems. Ideal candidates bring deep hands-on RPA experience, strong integration skills, and a proven ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.

- Design, develop, and support RPA solutions using Blue Prism and related technologies
- Build automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes
- Develop document ingestion and processing solutions for large, complex data sets
- Transform multi-page documents into structured, searchable, and actionable outputs
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Develop reports and analytics from structured and unstructured data
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and processes
qualifications:
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software engineering or RPA development
4+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (attended and unattended bots)
Strong experience integrating applications with APIs and databases (REST, SQL)
Experience working with structured and unstructured data sets
Proven ability to develop reporting and analytics solutions
Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud services
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows)
Proficiency in Java
Experience with Power BI and advanced SQL
Experience with Azure AI or Cognitive Search
Blue Prism Certification
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
