Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing advanced technical support and contributing to the successful implementation of various IT projects within a managed services framework. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in systems and network management, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of critical technologies.
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert-level support for escalated technical issues across systems and network environments.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
Manage Azure Active Directory services, ensuring reliable access and security.
Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to support virtual desktop environments.
Administer Microsoft Exchange to ensure efficient email communication systems.
Develop and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct system performance evaluations and apply necessary improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance system reliability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience with Active Directory, including configuration and administration.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Active Directory.
Solid knowledge of Citrix technologies and their applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.
Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee IT initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
