Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across networks, devices, and cybersecurity systems. As part of a long-term contract, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving IT systems within the wholesale distribution industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and cloud services.
Configure and monitor network equipment, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and WiFi networks.
Administer user accounts, devices, and peripherals, ensuring seamless access to computing services.
Conduct regular cybersecurity training, monitor systems for threats, and respond to incidents effectively.
Manage telecommunication platforms, including voice and collaboration tools, to support business communication.
Provide technical support for ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.
Optimize virtualized environments using VMware technologies.
Ensure the reliability of Microsoft enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Servers.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of IT infrastructure experience, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
Practical experience with IT helpdesk operations and support.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco network devices and VMware virtualized environments.
Familiarity with Citrix and Dell technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and provide user support.
