Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in MuleSoft and a solid foundation in modern software development practices. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time employee role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and system integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in development and deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience.
Technical Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kong API Gateway or similar API management platforms.
- Full-stack development experience (frontend frameworks such as React/Angular and backend services).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices for APIs and integrations.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay rate for this position is $55.00/hour to $65.00/hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
