Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide essential support for a go-live initiative. This role is centered on troubleshooting, triaging service tickets, and ensuring clear documentation. The position involves working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and potentially Workfront, contributing to the ongoing success of a cloud migration project.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and manage support tickets using ITSM principles and tools, primarily ServiceNow.
- Provide troubleshooting for technical issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Create and maintain clear, understandable documentation for processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams as needed for ticket resolution.
- Support project activities related to an ongoing cloud migration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and support.
- Proficiency in triaging tickets within an ITSM framework.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user access and permissions management is considered a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
