RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Associate Social & Channel Specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Execute social media strategy in partnership with Brand and Social teams, focusing on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive growth and engagement
* Manage day-to-day social channels, including content scheduling, monitoring, and community management
* Stay current on social and digital trends to inform strategy and ongoing optimization
* Create light social content, including live captures and simple graphics
* Maintain channel calendars and coordinate campaign execution across email, SMS, and web channels
* Partner with channel leads on planning, timelines, execution, and optimization
* Monitor digital performance, conduct site audits, and identify opportunities to improve user experience
* Build reports and dashboards to track campaign and channel performance, using data and insights to inform future initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in digital, social, or communications marketing
* Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts, ideally in regulated industries
* Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and best practices
* Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
* Solid foundation in marketing and branding principles
* Experience using analytics and social tools (e.g., Sprout, Google Analytics; Workfront a plus)
* Basic content creation skills, including mobile video and simple graphics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
