IT Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
* Acts as a liaison for projects initiated by the assigned business line and typically performs analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line
* Analyze the requirements for project requests, interface with Senior Project Manager to determine project priority
* Provide internal customers with status and help to set internal customer expectations
* Make recommendations to standardize procedures and processes
* May interface with business lines, including middle management; and/or internal resources to ensure quality and timeliness
* Works with MS Project 2000, ProjectCentral, and Internet Explorer for project reporting and maintenance
* Performs client support through project and resource research, problem resolution and serving as a knowledge resource

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-3 years of customer service experience with an Information Technology background
* 1-2 years of experience as Information Technology Helpdesk Level 2 position
* Understanding of networking equipment, network architecture and project management
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Good knowledge of banking network is preferred
* General level of knowledge of a business line supporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
