KEYS:
Nuclear power plant experience (if possible), Techno-Functional Role, Project Management Process Improvement, Kronos Payroll module, ERP, identify time entry payroll issues & correct, P6, EVMS,
Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle OTL, Oracle PPM or other ERP system experience is required.
Working knowledge of data structures, ability to write SQL Queries, and understanding of Power BI report building is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, accounting software and Microsoft Suite, Excel, required.
Demonstrated ability of improving processes around project management data.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a 40 hour/week contract (Staff Augmentation) position expected to last through the end of 2026 and possibly into 2027.
Work may be performed remotely within the contiguous United States, with travel as required for business needs.
Responsible for analysis, administration, and processing of time collection process at Seine Client.
Uses existing and future software and tools to support accurate project cost tracking and billing data.
Participates in the continuous improvement of Project Management processes and tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Runs and assists employees/managers with time entry issues
Executes the Interface to payroll in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and prepares files for transfer
Processes all time transfer from timecard related data and systems to project and ERP related systems
Verifies successful export/import to/from external Kronos payroll module
Validates all changes are captured correctly in ERP
Communicates across the organization to inform other departments of corrections needed to facilitate accurate and complete timecard entries and project transactions
Creates new processes as necessary to facilitate fewer errors to timecard and project related data
Administrates request queue and owns requests as necessary
Processes corrections to timecards per the Timecard Entry Action Request (TEAR) process
Tracks status of TEARs and sends reminders as needed
Tracks timecard timeliness and notifies supervisors when timecards are incomplete or inaccurate
Performs audits of and reconciliations of timesheet data as compared against payroll data.
Identifies discrepancies and reports out to billing, project accounting, and payroll
Supports with periodic reconciliations and audits
Understands and maintains segregation of duties related to timekeeping and accounting required under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Staff Augmentation time collection reconciliation
Supports pre time collection data processes such as resource assignment in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management Analysis and communication of process changes
Supports development of workflows to streamline digital processes and improved Project Management tools
Supports and develops reports and automated checks of project management and enterprise data
Performs other duties as assigned
Quality Assurance: Demonstrates understanding in the implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
Education:
A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Five years of working experience in a project management, accounting, or project related IT
Experience:
Minimum five-year work experience.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, accounting software and Microsoft Suite, Excel, required.
Demonstrated ability of improving processes around project management data.
Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle OTL, Oracle PPM or other ERP system experience is required.
Working knowledge of data structures, ability to write SQL Queries, and understanding of Power BI report building is preferred.
