Key Projects:
This role will contribute to managing 20+ workstreams, maintaining a master project schedule, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and preparing executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.

Best vs. Average:
The ideal resume would contain experience managing large portfolios of programs, strong stakeholder and executive presence, and preferably prior experience within Microsoft support/CENS organizations, enabling faster ramp-up.
- Experience working in a large corporate environment
- 2-3+ years of project/program management experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders
- Familiarity with standard business tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, short-term engagement
- Availability to support Pacific Time hours (preferred)
- Program & Portfolio Management (Large, Multi-Workstream)
Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of programs and projects, including master schedules, dependencies, follow-ups, and coordination across 20+ workstreams.

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
May recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
