Required Qualifications

Position Title: Director of Infrastructure & Operations
Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
15+ years of progressive Infrastructure & IT Operations experience.
5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure teams.
Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- VMware
- Windows Server
- Enterprise Networking
- Storage & Backup
- Disaster Recovery
Experience implementing ITIL best practices.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security.
Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
Strong project management and vendor management experience.
Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Experience supporting multiple domestic and international locations.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure.
Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives.
ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
Microsoft Azure certifications.
VMware certifications.
Cisco certifications.
