Job Description


We are seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, vulnerability remediation, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination and a proven ability to lead domain strategy, drive process improvement, and resolve complex security vulnerability issues.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead a designated domain within the Vulnerability Remediation Engineer team.

  • Prepare assigned domains and the enterprise for transition to ServiceNow Vulnerability Management.

  • Provide strategic leadership to influence process and tooling changes across ServiceNow and the domain.

  • Serve as a first-line liaison to Operations and Engineering teams in CTI/APSE GBS for vulnerability remediation and patching.

  • Deliver support and triage via existing tech support channels for questions related to vulnerability management and patching.

  • Identify and champion process and automation improvement opportunities within the domain.

  • Coordinate with application teams, technology stakeholders, service providers, information security, and business partners to resolve remediation issues.

  • Manage program activities, oversee remediation progress, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.

  • Analyze and present vulnerability and remediation data to senior leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 3+ years with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management.

  • 5+ years in vulnerability management and remediation.

  • Proven ability to resolve security vulnerability issues and drive outcomes.

  • Experience coordinating across CTI/APSE GBS or similar operations and engineering functions.

  • Data analysis and presentation skills, including metric reporting to leadership.

  • Stakeholder management, collaboration, and influence at senior leadership levels.

  • Project management and results orientation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.


Preferred Skills:



  • Bank of America domain expertise within a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio.

  • ServiceNow transition leadership and process design experience.

  • Confluence proficiency for documentation and collaboration.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, solution delivery processes, and risk management.
