RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Austin, TX is seeking a SharePoint professional to lead the optimization, governance, and administration of SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities:
* Assess and optimize the SharePoint Online environment by identifying structural inefficiencies, redundant content, and governance gaps
* Design and implement scalable information architecture, including site hierarchy, navigation, and metadata standards
* Lead migration, consolidation, and retirement of legacy SharePoint sites and content
* Partner with business stakeholders to align workflows and content needs with SharePoint solutions
* Define and maintain SharePoint security and governance models, including permissions, sharing policies, and access controls, in alignment with organizational security and compliance standards
* Design, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries
* Manage tenant-level settings through the SharePoint Admin Center, including hub sites and feature configurations
* Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Purview
* Develop custom solutions using SPFx, Power Platform tools, and JSON formatting as needed. Advise on platform updates, feature rollouts, and change management
* Lead SharePoint projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery
* Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, manage timelines and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply appropriate project management methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience administering and architecting SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
* Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and information architecture
* Hands-on experience with M365 integrations and delivering SharePoint solutions from concept through implementation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
* SPFx development experience
* Advanced SharePoint customization knowledge
* Experience with JSON formatting
* Power Platform experience
* Purview knowledge
* Enterprise project management experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
