Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a large, stable enterprise organization in Draper, UT, is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to own the product roadmap and delivery for one or more internal technology product lines.

Summary:
This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring products deliver measurable business value through strong product vision, prioritization, and execution. This is an onsite role in Salt Lake City and is ideal for an experienced Product Owner who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands agile delivery at scale, and has a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned IT product lines, aligning initiatives to business and technology objectives
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problems, and translate needs into actionable product features
* Lead end-to-end product delivery, including planning, launch, evaluation, and iteration
* Drive execution of product initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery milestones are met
* Apply agile product management practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and facilitation of agile ceremonies
* Continuously identify opportunities for product enhancement, innovation, and process improvement
* Maintain clear and accurate product documentation to support adoption, enablement, and ongoing support
* Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including backlog health, sprint readiness, velocity, WIP, sprint goal success, carryover rate, defect density, business value delivery, adoption, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Technical Design, or a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner delivering product-based solutions with a customer-first mindset
* Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive outcomes
* Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Agile leadership, sprint planning, and backlog management
* Prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making
* Product management and iterative delivery
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
