IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking an IT Project Manager.

Summary:
The IT organization is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple cross-functional technology initiatives while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards. This role manages concurrent projects across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and systems, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong project execution skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors within an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead system implementation projects across enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, networks, and business applications
* Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams including IT resources, business users, and external vendors
* Facilitate sprint planning and agile ceremonies where applicable
* Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide clear status updates to senior and executive leadership
* Ensure projects comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal IT governance
* Oversee testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
* Track exceptions, follow up on resolution, and drive accountability across teams
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT operational projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
* Project management certification required, such as CAPM, PMP, Agile, or equivalent
* 2+ years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives and delivering business value
* Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects across different functional areas
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Experience with:
* Enterprise IT project delivery
* Cross-functional team coordination
* Stakeholder and executive communication
* Risk management and issue resolution
* Agile and/or waterfall project methodologies
* Vendor and third-party coordination

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
