Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Planning: Define project scope; Work with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
* Create project plans: Develop GitLab and Jira, detailing phases, milestones, and deadlines
* Coordination: Conduct daily stand-up meetings; Facilitate quick status updates with the team to identify blockers and align on priorities
* Conduct bi-weekly backlog grooming: Facilitate backlog grooming and identify issues to be brought into next sprint
* Conduct demos at end of each sprint: Facilitate demo of work within the team at end of each sprint
* Manage stakeholder communications: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, blockers, and changes through meetings or reports
* Manage customer communication: Update customers on status, risks, blockers through email
* Execution: Oversee project team activities; Monitor team progress, provide support where necessary, and ensure adherence to project timelines
* Allocate resources: Ensure team members have the tools and resources they need to complete their tasks effectively
* Monitoring: Track project progress; Use metrics and KPIs to assess performance against the project plan
* Conduct risk management: Identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and implement mitigation strategies
* Reporting: Prepare progress reports; Compile and present updates for stakeholders, summarizing achievements, challenges, and next steps (weekly)
* Document lessons learned: At the end of phases or projects, review what went well and what could be improved for future projects (quarterly)
* Continuous Improvement: Reflect on project methodologies; Analyze processes and tools used; Recommend improvements based on team feedback and project outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience
* Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
* Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
