Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead functional support, configuration management, and operational oversight for enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM environments across multiple state agencies.
- Manage incident response, batch processing operations, disaster recovery coordination, and Tier 2 support activities in collaboration with managed service providers.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, oversee system enhancements, and coordinate fiscal year processing, audits, and executive reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure compliance with security standards, contractual obligations, and statewide ERP governance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
15 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM support, enterprise ERP configuration, statewide financial systems operations.

Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP Configuration Management, Integration & Interface Management, SQL & SQR Development, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Batch Processing & Job Scheduling, Security & Compliance Management, Enterprise Search & User Experience Tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting additional PeopleSoft FSCM modules such as Asset Management, General Ledger, Purchasing/eProcurement, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Inventory, Project Costing, Strategic Sourcing, and Travel & Expense.
- Knowledge of legacy statewide financial systems production support activities and statewide ERP modernization initiatives.
- Experience preparing accessibility-compliant materials and applying ITIL principles for IT service management and IT asset management activities.
