Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead functional configuration, enhancement, and production support activities for enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM financial applications.
- Manage system operations, batch processing, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and security compliance to ensure reliable ERP performance.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, support fiscal year processing, audits, and enterprise reporting while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze business requirements, implement system enhancements, and support enterprise ERP modernization initiatives across statewide financial systems.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
10 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM, enterprise ERP configuration, financial systems support, public sector implementations, production support, incident management, and strategic ERP program delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP Configuration Management, Systems Integration, SQL Development, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Batch Processing & Job Scheduling, Enterprise Security, IT Service Management (ITSM)
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
ERP Operations, Financial Systems Management, Public Sector Operations, Strategic Planning, Incident & Problem Management, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise financial management modules and end-to-end ERP business processes.
- Knowledge of legacy financial systems, enterprise production support, and ERP modernization initiatives.
- Experience with accessibility compliance standards and IT service management best practices.
