Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM configuration, functional support, system enhancements, and statewide ERP operations.
- Manage incident response, batch processing, disaster recovery, security compliance, and Tier 2 production support activities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, coordinate fiscal year processing, support audits, and oversee vendor performance and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, manage enterprise projects, and ensure operational excellence across financial systems.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
15 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM, enterprise ERP support, system configuration, public sector financial systems, production support, strategic planning, incident management, and statewide ERP program delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP Configuration Management, Systems Integration, SQL Development, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Batch Processing & Job Scheduling, Enterprise Security, IT Service Management (ITSM)

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
ERP Operations, Public Sector Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Incident & Problem Management, Vendor Management, Audit & Compliance

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise financial management modules and end-to-end ERP business processes.
- Knowledge of legacy financial systems, enterprise production support, and ERP modernization initiatives.
- Experience with accessibility compliance standards and IT service management best practices.
