Job Title: Instructional Design Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
Address high-risk training content related to SEC oversight requests, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and expectations
Create, document, and maintain training policies, procedures, and governance models that align with company strategy and regulatory requirements
Build cross-functional partnerships with learning experience designers, stakeholders, and leadership
Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and agendas
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage change requests
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
Implement and manage technology solutions (e.g., Learning Management Systems) to optimize training workflows
Evaluate training materials, providing recommendations for improvement
Continually assess feedback to ensure learning experiences are consistent and follow instructional design best practices
Maintain proper documentation, records, and legal compliance
Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
Report on training effectiveness, risks, and ROI
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields
At least 5 years' experience in program management, training and development, or learning governance
Experience with regulatory compliance in training
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools for reporting such as Microsoft Lists and Power BI
Deep understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong project management, strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high-quality work
