Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Analyst and Developer with strong expertise in HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards to support clinical and operational data exchange across healthcare systems.
The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, map data, and define interface requirements to design, implement, and maintain reliable system integrations. This role requires close daily collaboration with technical and operational teams across EHR, Laboratory, and Ambulatory environments.
Candidates must hold a valid Bridges Certification, have strong knowledge of InterSystems IRIS for Health, and possess excellent communication skills.
Role Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst Level 3 is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient business, financial, and operational systems in support of core organizational functions.
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data for business cases, projects, and systems requirements, generating reports on findings, identifying probable causes, and recommending solutions to system issues. The candidate will apply strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to maximize the return on IT system investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
Serve as the functional liaison between customers, development teams, and third parties throughout the development lifecycle
Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans
Identify, track, report, and resolve system issues in a timely manner
Communicate required changes to development teams
Maintain understanding of application programming, database design, and system architecture
Project Execution:
Support enforcement of project timelines and schedules
Apply and maintain project standards
Manage resources according to project plans
Produce weekly project status reports including:
Progress against milestones
Resource requirements
Issues, risks, and dependencies
Manage day-to-day change requests to ensure deadlines are met
Communication:
Facilitate meetings and workshops to maintain project momentum
Deliver well-organized presentations
Communicate complex or sensitive information tactfully and effectively
Analysis:
Analyze and document business processes
Document workflows and business analysis results
Obtain client sign-off on specifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, and applications
Strong experience with:
Valid Bridges Certification required
