Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead

Job Description:
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead responsible for driving end-to-end technical design and delivery within a job rationalization / job architecture transformation project. The role involves leading data migration, integrations, reporting remediation, and configuration updates to support the new job structure.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage HCM technical components including HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
· Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, and data mapping
· Lead reporting remediation and extract optimization aligned to updated job architecture
· Perform configuration updates including Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, DFF/EFF, and workflows
· Oversee testing cycles including UT, SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure system stability
· Provide technical leadership and ownership, ensuring solution quality and timely delivery
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and mentor junior technical resources
· The role requires strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical areas, with the ability to handle large-scale transformation and system-wide impact across integrations, reports, and configurations.
