RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a HubSpot Administrator/CRM Specialist in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration & Support:
* Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform
* Configure and optimize workflows, automation, pipelines, and business processes
* Manage user administration, permissions, roles, and access requests
* Modify and maintain ticket routing, ownership assignments, and support workflows
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that prevent deals from progressing through the sales cycle
* Support sales teams by assisting with deals that become "stuck" and require administrative intervention to move through the pipeline and Closed Won process
* Maintain and update U.S. quote terms and conditions within HubSpot
* Create, manage, and resolve CRM-related support tickets and enhancement requests
* Assist users with HubSpot Sequences, automated outreach campaigns, and email cadences
Reporting & Analytics:
* Create, maintain, and enhance CRM reports and dashboards
* Develop sales, operational, and executive reporting
* Configure and optimize sales and marketing analytics
* Identify reporting gaps and develop solutions to improve visibility and business insights
* Support ad hoc reporting requests and dashboard enhancements
Marketing Support (Nice to Have)
* Assist with marketing email setup and design within HubSpot
* Create and modify email templates as needed
* Support campaign tracking and performance reporting
* Configure analytics and attribution reporting for both sales and marketing teams
* Partner with stakeholders to improve campaign measurement and reporting effectiveness
Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, workflows, and user experience
* Collaborate with operations and business teams on data movement, integrations, and reporting requirements
* Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot Administration experience
* Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM configuration, workflows, automation, and pipeline management
* Experience supporting sales and business users in a production HubSpot environment
* Experience managing ticket queues, user requests, and system enhancements
* Strong dashboard, reporting, and analytics capabilities
* Experience troubleshooting CRM workflow and pipeline issues
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* HubSpot Administration and/or HubSpot Marketing certifications
* Experience supporting both Sales Operations and Marketing Operations initiatives
* Experience with HubSpot Sequences and email automation
* Experience creating or modifying marketing email templates
* Familiarity with quote management processes and CRM administration best practices
* Experience supporting conference, event, or high-volume business operations
* Experience with CRM data management, integrations, and reporting strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be:
* A highly capable, hands-on HubSpot Administrator
* Comfortable balancing support tickets, user requests, and enhancement projects
* Experienced in resolving deal flow and pipeline management challenges
* Strong in reporting, dashboards, and analytics
* Familiar with both sales and marketing operations within HubSpot
* Able to support users with workflows, sequences, reporting, and ticket management
* Responsive, proactive, and customer-focused
* Able to ramp up quickly and provide immediate value in a short-term engagement
* Available to work onsite in Austin for the duration of the contract
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
